The Process of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

NLP can be used for Healing Emotional Trauma, Reframe Memories, Reframe Beliefs, Treat PTSD, Treat Phobia, Allergies and support you in Achieving Life Goals.

This Unique approach can help you access subconscious content and have insights and healing into behaviors. 

The Stages of The NLP Process

Defining a Goal

Before starting NLP, it is recommended to Start with a few weekly sessions of Acupuncture in order to Ground and Balance the Nervous System. ​

 

NLP starts with Defining and Clarifying a Short and a Long Term Goals. 

Duration: Two Sessions

Accessing Internal Resources

Working with Enhancing Positive Memories, Anchoring these memories in the body, Enhancing Neural Pathways that gives access to positive resource that can support you in Achieving your Goals, building Confidence and Resiliency. 

Duration: 2-3 Sessions.

Accessing & Healing the Past

  • Experiencing your 'Inner Child'

  • Exploring Past Emotional Events, Reframing and Healing those events

  • Tracking Emotional Past Events with Intent to resolve a specific issue

  • Healing and Reframing 'SEED Events' from Childhood that had created Pattern that can limit us

 

Duration: 6-8 sessions,or more. 

 

In Case of Childhood Trauma or CPTSD, we stay longer in the chapter of the past progressing gradually in a pace and capacity that is appropriate for the client.

The Chapter of the Present

After the most triggering events have been Healed and Reframed, we open the chapter of the present.

 

The chapter of the present is about reframing Beliefs, Values and more Symptomatic Techniques, that work best after the 'Root Emotional' events have been Healed and Reframed.

Duration: 4-6 Sessions.

The Chapter of The Future

The Chapter of the Future, is about Manifesting the change and allowing positive shift to be expressed in your Future, using visualizations and strategies for Motivating and Establishing Positive Change.

Duration: 2-4 Sessions.
