About Us
With over 17 years of experience as an Acupuncturist, Natanel (Nir) believes that acupuncture should be as gentle as it is effective.
By pairing precise palpation with the use of ultra-fine needles, he creates a therapeutic effect that calms the nervous system while addressing the root of the issue.
Whether using time-tested classical styles or newer specialized techniques, Natanel’s goal is always the same: providing personalized care that meets you exactly where you are.
With a rich background in manual therapies—including Shiatsu, Tuina, and a year of Osteopathy—Natanel brings exceptional palpation skills to his practice. These skills are vital for the specialized Japanese acupuncture styles he utilizes, such as Japanese abdominal diagnosis, to accurately assess a client’s condition.
Natanel uses constitutional acupuncture to balance internal systems, creating a stronger foundation for the body to heal its symptoms.
The body can be views as a tree: when the roots are undernourished or unhealthy, the vitality of the entire tree suffers. To ensure the branches flourish, we must nurture the roots as well.
When we address the deeper aspects of the internal organs and the emotions—healing becomes more than just a reduction in symptoms; it becomes a transformation.
This systemic, constitutional approach allows Natanel to help clients navigate everything from chronic pain and digestive issues to emotional stress and sleep disturbances. By encouraging the body’s natural ability to self-regulate, acupuncture serves as a catalyst for healing and personal growth—helping you feel more balanced and rediscover a deep sense of well-being

Constitutional Acupuncture
Simply put, your general health directly dictates your body’s ability to recover from both acute and chronic injuries. Often, a delayed or diminished capacity to heal stems from an underlying systemic weakness that existed long before the injury occurred.
How quickly and effectively you recover ultimately depends on how well your body can adapt to and overcome these pre-existing vulnerabilities.
Constitutional Acupuncture is one of the ways to get your body healthier from inside out.
The Constitutional Assessment: Mapping Your Health
The assessment process for Constitutional Acupuncture is rooted in the fine art of palpation. By sensing your radial pulse and gently touching your abdomen, we gain a clear, real-time "map" of your internal health.
This enables us to select acupuncture points that are precisely tailored to how your body is presenting in the exact moment. Rather than just chasing isolated symptoms or temporary pain, this constitutional focus treats the whole person.
By harmonizing your internal systems, the results of your treatment are not only more profound but also more sustainable, helping your body regulate and heal itself long after you leave the clinic.
Abdominal Diagnosis: Making the needle selection precise
Natanel utilizes the specialized methodology of Japanese Acupuncture (Kiiko Style), which views the abdomen as a map of the body’s internal systems. In this practice, specific "reflex areas" on the abdomen correspond to different organs and functions.
If an area feels tight, cold, or sensitive to pressure, it indicates a dysregulation in that system.
By identifying acupuncture points that immediately soften or ease these reflexes, we receive instant feedback that your body is returning into self-regulation. A healthy, flexible pain free abdomen —(free of active / painful reflexes)—is a primary indicator of internal vitality.
This deep constitutional balancing allows the body to balance as a whole, when the body is well balanced it allows local symptoms to respond more effectively to treatment.
